Mr. Washington is an industry recognized expert with over 25 years experience in the implementation of commercial security solutions for monitoring, identifying, and reporting on unauthorized activities in high risk enterprise computing environments. As a seasoned professional, he has been involved in numerous high-level incidents involving Federal, State, financial and local law enforcement agencies, and regularly advises the security community at large on secure infrastructure design and PKI architecture, insider threat management, and information security assessment, where he is commonly referred to as a subject matter expert.

Desiree Carter

Vice President/COO

Ms. Carter has over 26 years' experience with Executive Management of small, medium, and large organizations, of which 19 years has been in providing executive level management, curriculum development and training delivery, she has expertise in program management of identity management solutions for government, law enforcement, financial, and healthcare vertical markets. She is a certified Human Resource Manager and a member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRM), with specialization in business and performance management, assessment, and resource management.

Keith Roberts

Director of Integrated Risk Management

Mr. Roberts is a twenty-seven year graduated Federal Agent, retired as the Assistant Chief Patrol Agent of the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, Miami Sector Border Patrol. He is currently a Trainer/Consultant/Subject Matter Expert, performing qualitative and quantitative risk analysis by touring various locations vulnerable to terrorist threats and developing plans to strengthen homeland security defenses; providing assistance and expert guidance during Border and Transportation Security strategic planning processes.
